When do monthly statements go out for tenants?
You should receive your statement by the 28th of every month. Please note that statements are a courtesy notice, but that your monthly rent is due every first of the month. If you don’t receive your statement, please email the accounting department at
How quick is your leasing process?
The leasing process is quick primarily because we have in-house property management. We own and manage our own properties and take pride in making our tenants a priority.
What are the after-hours emergency protocols?
Please contact the vendors below for each emergency outside of normal Office Hours.
What are the Property Management Office hours of operation?
Property Management Corporate Office Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST. (except holidays). Please contact us directly at 516-865-0033.
